This is Jake, the deaf Border Collie (possibly crossed with a Dalmation due to his numerous spots) that has proven to me that Sam was just 'not well' and that it was in no way related to his condition of deafness.
Jake joined our family on 20th May 2014, thanks to Lily's Border Collie Lifeline who had faith in the fact that I had made the right decision with Sam, from a family that no longer wanted him. Jake had apparently never been off lead but, at the age of 5, if that was the case then he was remarkably good when I took the chance to 'release' him 3 days after he joined us as a 'foster' before I succumbed to his loving eye and adopted him about 6 weeks later.
